Nope, according to HR3162 (aka the Patriot Act) (i) INTERFERENCE WITH FLIGHT CREW MEMBERS AND ATTENDANTS- Section 46504 of title 49, United States Code, is amended by inserting `or attempts or conspires to do such an act,' before `shall be fined'.
