I've tried to be nice. I've gone out of my way to tell people that we're NOT competing with Sys-Con in the ColdFusion magazine space. I've tried to be supportive, but they just have to be overwhelmingly arrogant and stupid. Why am I so pissed at them? Because they have the unmitigated gall to say that they are the only ColdFusion magazine around. Let me clue you in Sys-Con, your like the third out the gate and the only thing you have to your name is being the first print magazine. You're not and have been the only ColdFusion magazine around and making blatantly false statements as to your pedigree just pisses me off. No, their lying about their numbers doesn't upset me. Their removing me from their editorial board without even a mention but still leaving me on the mast head didn't even rate a post from me months back. The fact that they've got more ads per square inch of their magazine than critter has tattoos doesn't matter to me at all. But lying about the community as a whole and claiming to be the "Only Magazine Dedicated to the ColdFusion Community" just gets them on my bad side.
