This isn't the "real" release of Vista - that'll be in a coupla months (the
consumer release).   You'll probably hear about that.

I presume that Zune connectivity, if that's what you're worried about, will
be targeted for that release.

The current release is a rather quiet "corporate" release.  You can't
actually go out and buy the OS as an individual yet.

For what it's worth I've been beta testing Vista for that past few months.
I couldn't get the first releases to install on my system (no compatible
RAID drivers) but the last couple have been rock solid (although the beta
video drivers are still a bit slow for gaming).

So far I've been quite impressed - although I have some trouble mentally
separating Office 2007 from Vista (I'm testing both).  Office 2007 is
INSANELY impressive.
