The thing that really chuffs me about this is that I am able to see
the database server via the ODBC control panel on the web box (the
same I am setting up the SPS on), and SPS does not seem to have a
mechanism--at least none I've found at this time--to use ODBC CP to
connect to the database.

Why is this, or am I missing something?
