Damn it sounds just like their os! Do they have BSOD of those? I know everyone knows I hate m$ and it was crap like this that spawned that hate, especially when I had to deal with M$'s warranty (or NON-warranty) department. My first xp disk was defective (by M$ own admission) and even though I had owned it a total of 3 days, they wouldnt stand behind it. So hopefully you can figure it out because microsofts warranty is about attractive as their leader.
