Well there are 2, yes two legal parking spaces near the networking lab and no, I'm not telling you where they are ;) too many people know already, thus the parking tickets.

The city actually gets federal subsidies for its system; it just steadfastly refuses to spend them anywhere that doesn't already have bus service, and thus we have a proposal for a streetcar duplicating current service, while entire areas of the city are unreachable by bus.
