LOL! Dude this list has some of the largest most contentious
political discussions of any list I've seen - especially compared to
the political lists!

It's just that most of us have already covered this issue ad nauseum
so we know each other's positions.

I'll sum it up for you:

1.) Bushies. There are 1 or 2 on this list that agree with most, if
not all, of what Bush says. Since that changes on a daily basis if
you're watching the news, you know their position.

2.) Moderates. They're for moderation on just about every issue.

3.) Social conservatives. They want to legislate Biblical law and
push moral laws.

4.) Fiscal conservatives. Just show me the money, dammit.

5.) Social liberals. Legalize, but regulate, everything. Freedom should reign.

6.) Fiscal liberals. The government should be expanded to solve our
social problems.

They're all here, but since you're new you don't know that. And,
after the holidays, most people will probably be happy to engage you,
but I think now the list is on a political break to talk about what we
agree on rather than what we disagree on. Or maybe that's just me and
my opinion. :)
