It was basically like this. Fawks was becoming immune to the antidote, so
the Keep gave him the cure. The Official came later and after some
discussion ordered her not to give Fawks the cure, right in front of him.
She told the Official that she already did. Fawks was annoyed to say the
least, and told the Official to kiss his butt and that he was leaving.

Now, he's out on his own and can turn invisible whenever he wants for as
long as he wants. First thing he does is rob a bank, heh, but his
conscience gets to him and he leaves the money. Then he lands a cush job
with the FBI. Hobbs finds out and is jealous/feels betrayed and lays the
guilt trip on him. Chrysalis starts acting up again and Fawks tells the FBI
about them. They don't believe him, so he strikes out on his own to take
care of it. Along the way, he gets help from Hobbs, The Keep and even The
Official. At the end, the good guys win and Fawks decides to rejoin The
Agency, but this time, under *his* conditions.

That's about it.
