First off I'm not really sure if there's a relationship. I've just noticed that 
it seems that there seems to be a lot more people with ADHD pushing code than 
counting beans for instance. I'd say that web development and or design is more 
attractive than say being an accountant. High stimulus environment, switching 
back and forth between the code and the web page, its easier to get into 
without the formal credentials etc are all stuff that attract people with ADHD.
