Sorry, I get confused.  She is in Longmont, about 1 hour north of Denver.
Not in the mountains.  Its just below Fort Collins.  So its near the
foothills, but still in the plains.  Since I've never lived there, I get
fuzzy about small details.

oh ya Colorado got clobbered even worse. I heard that Denver was pretty much
at a standstill. And isn't Loveland higher and further into the mountains?
I'm thinking Eisenhower Tunnel?

People up there expect snow though. Down here we're going damn... I guess I
should find my socks....

When we do get clobbered it gets bad though. Different parts of Interstates
25 and 40 were closed and my street still isn't plowed.
