What Ian said. used it last night to flip some ribeyes on a broiler pan... works very well... very sharp though. comes with a little surgical tubing to house the pointy bit, pokes though that like it wasn't there. ouchy. the advantage it offers is that you can hook smaller parts of the meat for flipping than is required by a fork. Mom picked it up for me at the Royal.
