For pure online Universities I've heard decent things about Capella U.

However awhile back I read about a Pittsburgh U that's a big name -
but I can't remember which!!  It's a bricks U, but now offering CS
degrees purely online and will trade certifications for credits.  You
are then a normal student and can even attend ceremonies along with
full time traditional students.  If I was going to do it, it would've
been there.  Unfortunately I don't remember which.  But I bet google
would pull it up.  It was a regular University who's name I
immediately recognized.

That'd be my option.
