We are currently using the version that Citrix provides. The name escapes me
but they are working pretty well. You can sign up for a 30 day account but
their yearly prices are really cheap compared to others. Will require the
citrix plug-in for your browser

Just tested the Adobe connect pro this morning which seemed to run a little
faster showing documents and such on the web but its slower at setting up.
Appears you upload a copy to their server and their server pushes it out as
a flash movie. Citrix is faster at presenting things, just a slight delay
such as powerpoint slides.. Maybe wait 2 or 3 secs before the slide
changes.. Depends on the speed but its much quicker at presenting the
material then Adobe. Not sure about cost and not sure if a phone conference
call is provided. Citrix provides the phone conferecing piece.

We've been using Citrix now for about 4 months and haven't had any real
issues with it.

Subject: Webinar Services Suggestions

Hi everyone,

I haven't visited here for a very long time. I hope everyone is doing well.
I had lots of laughs on this mailing list and miss it very much.

Anyhoo, you being a great cross-section of the IT industry, I would like to
ask if any of you have any experience with Webinar services.

I'm looking for a service that provides the ability to show whatever is on
my desktop and with audio via telephone or directly from the web.

I already did some research and found quite a few suppliers, but I'm trying
to get references from people who actually used the service for a while.

Let me know what service you used and if you would recommend it.

Thank you,

Frank Mamone
