Maybe you could put a little cloth over the camera like you do with bird
cages?

i have one i keep on all the time so my bro can cuseeme from his home 
in melbourne aus.  I leave the sw open and have it set to answer all 
calls so he can talk into the mic and i can hear it from my bedroom. 
However, this is bad because sometimes you are letting the dogs out 
when you aren't dressed and you hear "HELLO" coming out of the computer 
and the camera is pointed your way.
