That is weird. I recently got a very similar email about stuttering - almost 
word for word in fact. Just substitute stuttering for tourettes.  On my resume 
page I had mentioned that I helped develop a computer based stuttering therapy 
system.

Does your personal web site have any tourette's info on it? If so I wouldn't be 
surprised if the site was trolled and whoever's behind it is looking for valid 
email addresses.
