I agree with your sister Sandy. Step out of your situation for a second
and ask yourself, what advice would you give to someone else in your
situation? I think that should help you decide what to do.

Also, by allowing him to get away with this, you are, at least in his
mind, saying that it's ok to do this and he will keep doing it. If you
need support, I'm sure that there are a myriad of organizations out
there that have the resources to help you with these things. I just
afraid that he will continue to escalate this and by doing something to
stop him, you will most likely be able to break the momentum. Don't
allow yourself to be in position one day where you find yourself saying
"If I only would have done this or that, then I might have been able to
prevent this stuff" Hind sight is 20/20 so use your past experiences to
give you that vision.

I've actually requested the forms from the US Attorney's office. Its a
pain
and I'm not sure its worth my time to pursue, but as my sister said
when I
told her (she is a US Marshall), "He's a big boy and has to reap the
  consequences of his actions."

So I guess I will pursue. Hard to believe it has to come to this
tho....

Its a power thing from the sounds of it. In other words, "You can't do
this
to me so I'm going to prove it to you by messing up stuff of yours!"

damn I hate that sort of adolescent tripe.

I'd seriously consider doing the wire fraud charges.
