Definitely not the case for Britain. They have a long tradition in the 
reproductive and cloning fields (remember Dolly?) However, they also have a 
very strong legal and regulatory system in place to make sure it stays within 
very strict bounds.

Very early to say for sure. But yes, amnionic cells may be the biggest 
breakthrough so far.
