As far as bumping the RAM, I don't actually know if the server'll take
much more.

It's an older COMPAQ DL380 (1st generation).

I think I'll just try to locate another box to join to the farm.

I'll also give the page file a tweak and see if that will help.
Then I'll try the boot.ini switch  (messing with the boot.ini always
makes me nervous...)
