What you are seeing is the standard error message for CF web services. Most
likely you have a formatting problem with your web service request- the
number, type, or structure of the arguments being passed to the service. You
can debug it by using a Web service spy to see the request envelope coming
from CF. You could also try to consume the service using another technology,
e.g. Java or .NET, and see what kind of envelope that technology generates.
