Yeah - I saw that on slashdot yesterday.  The article also mentions
that the SAME KEY is used to open ALL Diebold machines.  Any key being
lost/stolen in any voting precinct basically makes all the voting
machines in the entire US vulnerable to attack.  This is the physical
equivalent to everyone sharing one password for their online banking
account(s).
