Well, I don't know Fitzgerald's reasons but based on what I've read about him and about the case I think it's more that: 1.) Fitzgerald has a deep respect for the law and is going to prosecute anyone he sees as subverting the process. It would appear that that is exactly what Libby did. 2.) The Whitehouse celebrated Fitzgerald and then skewered him when he didn't say what they wanted. I'm that guessing that Fitzgerald's pissed either because they asked him to bend the system or simply because they attacked him for doing the job they asked him to do. Either way it's a legitimate prosecution and it certainly doesn't look like Libby is innocent. Pres Clinton was impeached for the same exact thing. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Upgrade to Adobe ColdFusion MX7 Experience Flex 2 & MX7 integration & create powerful cross-platform RIAs http:http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;56760587;14748456;a?http://www.adobe.com/products/coldfusion/flex2/?sdid=LVNU Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:226199 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
