So they say. I don't believe them.
It would be a huge coincidence that 4 were found on the same day, by
completely different people, none of who had heard about the others.
The other 6 were found by people who called after hearing the news that
suspicious packages were found.
I would bet that they were either placed recently, or they were activated
today during the day.
They were like "lightbrights" with battery pack. A cartoon figure giving
an
"obscene gesture"
It looks like they have found a website of a student that has 17 locations
mapped in Boston, and has pictures of them lit up at night on location.
