Not really sure, to be honest.

But let me ask you this: If 30K guy is getting taxed at 0%, and the 300K guy
is able to take advantage of some "rich specific" tax breaks to get his
percentage down to around, say 35%...is the 30K guy supposed to feel cheated
by that????
