Okay, now you've upset me. Why are you all like, "Who is this guy?" and "Is
this a joke?" and "Is this a caricature?" and stuff like that?

The answer is simple: Ima Retard is my name, and I have a simple question
about simple stuff like a little community site with some e-commerce stuff
as well. And you are all, "Oh this is so stupid" and "Let's make fun of
him" and all. Well you've won. Now I'm sitting here crying my eyes out,
just like I did in summer camp when the counsellors made fun of me for my
macaroni art where I tried to glue a frog on it because I liked frogs (and I
still do). How did I know that frogs don't like sitting still for that
long, and besides they don't even like macaroni? You guys are being just as
mean to me as they were.

I see lots of people on this and CF-Talk talking about lots of stuff like
putting huge database query result sets into each user's Session scope and
they using Query of Queries to retrieve information on every page request.
Now I don't know what that means, but it sure sounds impressive, and they
get serious comments from just about everybody on the list. So I thought I
could at least ask where I can find some code that someone might have done
before. I was wrong, I guess.

And how about optimizing code by using EQ instead of IS (or vice versa -- I
forget which). I myself spent a full week going through everything I'd ever
written and modified all the IS to EQ so that it would be screaming fast.
It didn't make a difference after all, but I wasn't upset with this list for
that. What's a Retard to do?

I hope the next time I post you'll have learned your lessons and treat me
nicer.
