Well, from what I've read, the Judge let some testimony and documents in
because the defense promised Libby would take the stand. And now they are
saying he might not. Which has pissed off the Judge. Who might instruct the
jury, before deliberations, to ignore that information (which is always a
bad thing right before they go in a room to determine of someone lied or
not).

But, whether that whole thread of thought pans out will need time to prove
or disprove.
