I would almost bet that they do.

Seems like the hard core pr0n sites do it this way, as to the hard
core Ad sites.  But I don't really know, just going off of the people
who asked how to do it. ;-)

Yeah, six of one, I guess.  You can always batch 'em in or out, so
I guess it doesn't matter.
