It is about fairness and equal application of the law.  That is an even more 
fundamental human right that speach.

We have created a class distinction by unequally applying the law to 
professors.  I don't care what a professor says at a private university.  
Truthfully, I don't care what a professor says outside of the classroom.  The 
Supreme Court has ensured that there is no free speach in the classroom 
already.  We just need to apply the rule fairly.
