The gate where the bomb went off was just outside the Egyptian Hospital,
that's why a South Korean and an American were killed.

That isn't anywhere near where a VIP of that level would be staying.

I think it's BS.  The bomb went off, they found out dude was there, and
they are trying to capitalize off of his presence, no more no less.
