I read that TOTALLY differently. The jury is wondering why only Libby is there to be prosecuted when it's clear, based on the evidence they were presented, that the entire Bush Administration engineered a coverup. They're upset because only Libby has been charged and not the entire administration. I agree. That's horrible news for an appeal because it says that the evidence is so strong that there should be MORE prosecutions. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Upgrade to Adobe ColdFusion MX7 The most significant release in over 10 years.
