It looks to me that they are quite definite about the heart attack. It also looks as though they are simply saying that it's inconclusive on trauma -- there were fractures but she had osteoporosis and there *could* be non-criminal reasons for the fractures. Ditto the eating disorder - you can't prove or disprove that at this point, but there is no evidence of it, and the parents say she ate a big meal that last night and was in someone's company all night and would not have been able to purge. FWIW... I am sure some people will not believe the parents.
