I find this very interesting. Why would a Texas based company move their headquarters to Dubai?
Does that move them beyond the long arm of the law? Why would it matter? What are the tax ramifications of billing the US government billions of dollars that are paid to a business based in Dubai rather than in the USA? It just seems odd to me. I can see opening an office in the middle East to handle your middle east business but why move your headquarters there?
