Toyota said it had been granted about $296 million in tax incentives by Mississippi to build their new plant there. I wouldn't say Toyota is the best example here because they will be building plants in areas that need development so tax breaks are a dime a dozen. Shit we even have tax exempt status because of the empire zoning laws in NY.
