The interesting thing here is that it's a start-up organizationally
but not business-wise.  There was a company that this one was "based"
on, one with existing business and clients that we have inherited.

This is a good thing, there's already a known list of clients and
business.  It's also a bad thing as the old apps have 0 documentation
and several issues.  I inherited about 20 or so undocumented ASP sites
on a host with technical issues.  I walked in on Monday and had 3
fires to put out before the end of the day!

Definitely busy but also very fun!  Part of my job is to set the
standards and build up the processes and procedures for future
development.
