Exactly. And this isn't going to be mom and pop shops smelting iron to make bullets in the basement, this is going to be Colombian and Mexican drug lords smuggling military-grade weapons and ammo along with the drugs. They don't even have to make it themselves, the Russians will be happy to make it for them.
