2 great Macs-rule real stories from this weekend: (1.) I brought my MacBook to a gathering at the request of the host. My wife and a friend had Vista up and were surfing. A PC-based web developer came over and said, "oh cool! Vista!" and proceeded to show everyone all kinds of stuff. Then he pulled up some client web sites, did some design, etc. Took about a 1/2 hour. At the end of all of this he says, "hey, sweet laptop ... what kind is it anyway?" My wife says, "A Mac" and shuts the display so he could see the Apple. The look on his face was priceless! He said, "Whaaa .... no way! What the hell? A MAC?? How??" The whole crowd laughed. (2.) My wife wants one of her own now.
