It says everyone is tired of the war. What is important is the new strategy, not the additional troops. Look, the overall numbers don't really matter. The Kurds are our buddies and basically always will be. The Shiites are split over us, and the Sunnis hate us. hat needs to change are Sunni attitudes- not about us, necessarily, but about their own government. When they start to trust their government, things will get a lot easier. But who knows how long that will take.
