Speaking of running - there is this really fabulous park a couple miles from here that has a 1.3 mile loop. It snakes around a little peninsula so that it runs all along lakefront. Really nice almost level run. Has me gasping when I do it though. If you really have time for such stuff ... I'll make time for you! :)
