Remember the FBI last week had problems because they did not follow up "emergency" information requests with the needed proof that there was a grand jury who needed the info?
They've solved that problem going forward. They now insists they don't need to follow up with that paperwork at all, if they make the requests orally, and never submit an actual request (and rely on the requested companies to _voluntarily_ turn over the information without a formal request.) http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/03/19/AR2007031901775.html That wasn't quite what I was expecting as a fix, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Upgrade to Adobe ColdFusion MX7 Experience Flex 2 & MX7 integration & create powerful cross-platform RIAs http://www.adobe.com/products/coldfusion/flex2/?sdid=RVJQ Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:230921 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
