Wow, another old-time Genesis fan! Still love those old albums, and all the P G stuff as well. I've tried Rhapsody, but find it really annoying to have to burn everything I buy off to CDs before I can get them into MP3 format. I've used MusicMatch in the past and liked that a lot better but some of the songs I bought through them crashed my current player (iRiver clix). Currently I'm trying out Urge which integrates really well with my player and WMP but haven't made my mind up about it. It's more expensive than MM for the same level of service (CD-quality radio and links to purchase).
