I feel that this is really a reach. I generally work from Albuquerque about one 
day a week. Cuts down on gas and is actually more productive imho.... And I do 
handle a lot of user data! 

What you say about customer service is true enough though... the other part of 
what we do is faculty and student support for the people who are having some 
sort of trouble, and a lot of people prefer dropping by to sending an email. So 
we need to make sure someone is present who can answer questions or at least 
contact someone who can.

For the other side of this though, I give you Fusion Authority, which is 
organized and edited 100% online.
