Could be. It's probably also not good for the stats. There was only one guy from my first class (about 20 people) in the last class with me. Part of that was people taking the summer off, but still. I dunno about the licensing, but the required equipment is expensive. And UNM isn't really the tech school. They may have decided that the program would do better in Socorro.
