The laptop yes, a percentage of your broadband, yes.

Basically you take the money you spent on that and subtract that from your 
taxable income. There are several ways to do this tho, and you should talk to a 
pro before making a choice.

As for the room you code in. That is very hard to do. At one point I tried to 
do a percentage of the mortgage, the electric bill, and a few other things. But 
my CPA said, lets not do that.
