When we moved here we overpaid a bit (coming from Boston it seemed like good deal) but the house had been on the market for 5 months and had already had a couple drops. It seems like most places stay on the market here for at least 3-5 months. The area is actually doing well - lots of new construction and business moving in, but the housing market is still lukewarm.
