I think its supposed to be metaphysical, not 'human' virgins. As for women, very good question. They don't get the 'standard' male reward. As for the female suicide bomber, one major fact that you'll never hear in the 'western' media is that she rode in an ambulance to her attack. Here we are with the Red Cross not wanting to allow the Red Mogen David (the Israeli version) to join the organization while they allow the Red Crescent (Arab version) in. The Red Crescent has been ferrying terrorists to attacks for a long time. But the American media just can't show that.
