My 5 minute review... I could be missing some stuff here but after
downloading and installing etc and playing for 5 minutes here is what I got.

The reason they can support it is because, they just make use of API's
already available for a wide range of services and centralize them into one
page similar to a google homepage using some AJAX. You still need a TV Tuner
card to watch TV, the music aspect is interesting, you can provide a link to
a friend and have them stream your songs.

The website/program just centralizes this information in a format that is
appealing but doesn't really create much overhead for them to dish out.
Centralizing these items is what makes this cool, I don't believe it's
creating more traffic than a normal website visitor except that dispersed
between users playing songs from other users computers which doesn't cost
them anything anyway.
