You can use the QA that came with SQL 2000.

Yes, recreate the DB, that's a good way to learn.  It will give you a task
list of things to do and learn along the way.

I'm so impresssed by our (Microsoft) free tools right now I can't imagine
why anybody would purchase them (excluding full version of SQL Server).
