Precisely. The root argument here in my mind is do we as Americans have the right keep and bear arms or not?
If we do, then we must find all of these state and federal laws to be unconstitutional. Why can't an adult citizen of the united states imbibe alcohol until 21? You can join the military. Why can't an adult citizen of the united states own a pistol until 21? If these laws are truly the will of the people we need a constitutional amendment changing the age of investment to 21, otherwise we are straight up hypocrites.
