I have one made by Swiss Gear and it's wonderful. Pockets for everything (cell phone, iPod -- including a slot for headphones, keys, wallet, pens, etc., etc.). The laptop pocket is well-padded. There's room for files, notebooks, cords. I have a beast of a laptop (9 lbs. or more) and I'm a small girl, but I can pack ALL my junk in this thing and lug it around an airport during multi-hour layovers and not get sore. All the straps are adjustable so you can easily get the weight balance right and there's a belt-like thing that goes around your waist for extra support. It reminds me of camping backpacks in that regard. Best of all, even stuffed to the gills, it fits nicely under an airplane seat or in the overhead bin. I can't recommend this thing enough. I think I paid $70 for it at Best Buy.
