I always tend towards a negative definition rather than a positive. "Web 1.0", in my opinion, was defined by the compromises of its interface. Ugly page refreshes, poor form controls, rotten inactivity, etc. That was web 1.0. You _knew_ that you were using a web page, not an application. "Web 2.0" is defined by the lack of compromises. Basically if you feel more like you're using an application - well, then you're probably on a Web 2.0 site. In other words it's not really (again, in my opinion) about what it has/uses/features but what it lacks - namely compromises and workarounds in the interface. (Of course there are still compromises and workarounds in the development - probably more).
