Sadly no, it was not Criss Cross. Stupid backwards pants wearing kids. This was mid 80s. The "Wiggy wiggy wiggy wiggy" part was not actually sung by the the main singers.. it was more like cartoon characters singing. Since I don't know the rest of the song, I can't tell you if it was a group, a man, or a woman singing the main lyrics.
It was a dance tune... I'm thinking early 80s.. time frame - Electric Avenue, Keep Feeling Fascination, etc....
